ASB First Aid Lt: Terms and Conditions for Product Sales and Website Usage
The terms “we”, “us” or “our” refers to ASB First Aid Ltd. Our registered address is 3 Cooper Road, Filey, North Yorkshire, YO14 0AS. Our company registration number is 08654708. “You” or “your” refers to the individual/company/organisation ordering the goods from our company.
All sales are subject to our terms and conditions:
1) Prices
The prices are shown on www.asbfirstaid.com, in catalogues, on social media sites, and on other advertisements. ASB First Aid Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Unless specified, Value Added Tax will not be included in any price and will be charged at the rate in force at the time of quotation.
2) Payment
Full payment is required before items are dispatched, unless agreed in writing. Payment can be made by debit or credit card, using the online payment system. We use Stripe for our online payment system. Stripe provide a secure and safe way of making and accepting payment on the Internet. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the most stringent level of certification.
We can also accept payment by bank transfer, BACS or cheque. Please contact us to make arrangements for these payment methods.
3) Shipping
ASB First Aid Ltd can ship items across the United Kingdom. Pricing for shipping across Europe or the World is available on request.
Full payment is required before items are dispatched, unless agreed in writing.
Orders placed before 12 noon will be despatched on the same day, when possible. Where one or more items are not expected to be in stock within 7 days, we will contact you to discuss your shipping options and will keep you updated with progress.
When you receive the goods, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods and notify us within 3 working days of any faults or defects that are found. When such goods are returned to us, they will be promptly repaired or replaced free of charge (see returns policy below). ASB First Aid Ltd reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.
4) Shipping charges

5) Returns Policy
ASB First Aid Ltd are happy to offer a refund on any items returned to us within 14 days of delivery, providing the goods are returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. You will be required to meet the cost of the return shipping unless the goods were supplied to you incorrectly or in a defective condition.
Before returning any goods, please telephone, fax or email ASB First Aid Ltd to acquire authorisation.
On receipt of the returned goods, we will notify you by email and credit your account with the relevant amount as soon as possible (usually within 7 days).
ASB First Aid Ltd reserves the right to refuse the customer a credit or refund if the goods returned are not in a re-saleable condition.
6) Online Product Images and Descriptions
Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product provided by ASB First Aid Ltd will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.
7) Overseas Orders
ASB First Aid Ltd reserves the right to treat orders from Customers outside of the UK on an individual basis.
8) Governing Law
The sale of goods and services under these terms and conditions are governed by the Laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

By continuing to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions of use:
